Volunteering at our centre is rewarding and fun. There are a wide variety of roles you can get involved in, including:

  • Working with the horses on the yard, helping with their daily care routine

  • Working with horses and participants in sessions - assisting either with Riding, Horse Agility or Horse Care

  • Helping with maintenance on our site - DIY, painting, gardening, cleaning and more

  • Helping with catering - in our coffee bar, helping with Pony Teas, catering at other events and activities

  • Helping with fundraising - getting involved in a variety of community based find raising activities

Whether you can volunteer regularly or give us a few hours of your time occasionally, theres a space for you in our Team.

We take younger volunteers from the age of 12, and adult volunteers with no upper age limit!

There are also opportunities for volunteers with additional special needs.

Whatever your abilities and interests, our centre could be just the place to put them to good use.

Please get in touch if you are interested in finding out more. Please note that because of the children and vulnerable people at our centre, all volunteers will require references and those 16 and over will need a DBS check.

If you cant help regularly how about coming along and helping on an occasional basis?
