Come and join our Scropton ponies for tea!

If you love horses or animals in general, then our Pony Teas could be just what you’re looking for. We have some very special ponies at our centre who love being around people and having a fuss made of them.

Our Pony teas offer the chance for you to get close to a pony in a relaxed and friendly environment.

If you come to one of our Pony Teas, then you will:

Enjoy tea and cake in our Coffee Bar
Have a pony visit you at your tea table
Have the chance to get close to a pony and get to know them better

Open to all

Our centre is used to welcoming a wide variety of people of different ages, abilities and needs. Our Pony Teas are suitable for everyone, and our ponies will enjoy meeting you all.

Access for all

Our centre is on a flat level site with wheelchair access and there is plenty of space in our coffee bar and the adjacent patio area for everyone to enjoy their time with us.

Carers go free

If you need a carer to accompany you, don’t let that stop you from enjoying a Pony Tea with us. We offer free places for carers for people with additional needs.

We offer tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cold drinks with a range of cakes.

Want to come with a group?

You can book individual places at our Pony Teas, but we can also arrange bespoke sessions for groups. Please email office@scropton.com for more information and availability.

We currently offer Pony Teas on a Wednesday afternoon 2.30-3.30pm. Teas are priced at £5 per person. Under 2’s are free and anyone with additional needs can bring a carer free.

You can book up to to 4 paid tickets plus free carer/under 2’s places per booking. If you have more people in you party please make an additional booking.
